Return Policy
__QDE Press accepts returns of up to 10% of quantities in new condition of each title purchased within 12 months of an invoice date. All returns must be approved in advance by QDE Press.
Credit will be issued for up to the authorized quantities upon receipt of the product in new condition which means no stickers or sticker residue and covers are not bent, torn or scratched. Damaged books will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
If a title is outdated or obsolete credit will only be given on 10% of quantities for the outdated titles. Any quantities over that amount will not be credited and will not be returned to the customer.
When shipping returns use strong, undamaged corrugated cartons, pack securely and tightly using appropriate packing materials and limit cartons to 45 lbs. If the cartons are not packed properly, and some or all books are damaged as a result, credit will not be given for the entire return and will either be discarded or returned to the customer at customer's expense.
